The Experience
Our Story
Rozafa takes its name from the legendary Rozafa Castle in Shkodër, Albania — the hometown of Chef and owner Marlon Vila. What began as the beloved Alba Deli in 2011 was transformed into a true Mediterranean dining destination in the heart of Quincy Center.
Chef Vila brings formal training from Le Cordon Bleu, Cambridge and an executive chef certification from the American Culinary Federation. His mother — a former chef at Boston's iconic Mike's Pastry — brings that same warmth to breakfast and lunch every morning.
Housed in a historic brick building with a stone bar wall and warm pendant lighting, Rozafa has been celebrated by the Boston Globe, The Patriot Ledger, and Phantom Gourmet — which dubbed it a "Triple Threat Restaurant" for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
"Feel like part of the family when you enter the doors."
